LearningKey is a modular, all-in-one online school management platform that combines CMS, testing, virtual classroom, calendar, scheduling, messaging and many more features necessary for complete management of schools and courses of any size. Big emhasis is put on fully modular CMS for structuring and building courses and lessons with zero limitations by the system.
Units
Building blocks of course content are universally called units. Units can be: top unit, lesson, classroom, test, quiz, practice, homework. Since the structure is fully modular, one unit can contain multiple different units inside.
Virtual Classroom
Learning Key platform contains a powerful virtual classroom with live cam, live chat, whiteboard with infinite canvas and many functionalities that provide the ultimate idea sharing environment.
Calendar & Scheduling System
LearningKey platform offers a callendar with user’s schedule and booking mechanism. Calendar has four views: monthly, weekly, daily and a chronological to-do list.
User dashboard
User dashboard conists of school section, to-dos, shortcuts and analytics. First segment is set by school’s admin and conists of school’s cover image, profile image and navigation through educational content. Other segments of dashboard are realated to user, his shortcuts, to-do’s and analytics.
Access Pages
On LearningKey platform user accounts are created in the system by school administrator. For this reason there is no registration form but rather a pre-filled form with password setup. After the first login, user is offered to take a mini onboarding tutorial and explore its main features.
